Plainfield Fire Department's New Trucks

In February 2007, the Plainfield Board of Trustees authorized the purchase of two new Engines to replace older, outdated equipment that are near the end of their useful life. The order was placed with Rosenbauer America and the PFD expects delivery on March 15, 2008.

February, 2008:  The team responsible for the design of our new Engines went on an inspection trip to Wyoming, Minnesota to examine the building progress of our new trucks.  They brought back a good report, and these pictures.
